~I've survived!~
One working week gone! Yea!!! Ok ok, not quite, 'cos I got work tmr. Yes, I'm on a 5.5 days work week.
So far, I've not been doing much. Not qualified to do yet lahz. People's precious samples, cannot play play, might be their future child(ren) lehz. But past few days helping out more liao lahz, so not so bored in the lab liaoz.
What I do now is help them receive samples, stain slides (remind me of histo only) and misc stuff like clear up, update logbooks, replace used items, etc. But think tmr I'm helping out in one of the procedures! 'cos tmr they very busy and only got 2 of them, so "boss" tell them to let me do and they supervise. Say I do not so good oso never mind, 'cos all they need is a few good sperms! Haha!
The working experience is not too bad lahz! I had a welcome lunch on wed and yesterday was one of my colleague's (actually, I've not met her yet 'cos she's on maternity leave) b'day, so we went to her house to celebrate, at the same time, celebrate another colleague's b'day which is on tmr and to see the baby lorz!
And I've already been asked to take leave. So I dun have to work next sat and on 6 Dec! Haha! Lesser pay though. =( That's y it sucks to be paid by the hour! If only I am perm stuff! The best thing about working there as perm is that sometimes you get to take time-off without compromising your leaves and salary! Oh ya......but I forgot most of the time have to work OT (even on sunday) and you dun get extra pay.......so I guess is back to square one....so maybe pay by the hour better....'cos if I work extra or on sunday, I get OT pay!

~First day of work flew by~
I guess my first day of work is pretty much the same as most people. Did nothing, but lots of observing!
It's pretty cool. And I learn that small, simple things are indeed better! Haha. 'Cos ova are so hard to handle. You got to denude (clean) them and get rid of the surrounding cellular matrix again and again until they are more than 1000 times smaller the original size you got them with. As for the sperms, it's a rather easy peasy job.
I saw my first IVF. As well as a double-headed sperm!
So far, no complains yet. But I have a feeling I'm gonna get pretty bored soon. Haha!
Oh ya, and the food there is super ex!

~Lost! Damn it!~
Aaaargh....can't believe the rotten luck! Did I step on dog or something? Dammit! Aaaaaarghh.....
After signing the stupid contract with KK, all the interviews are coming in! Much better ones! Ya lahz, not confirm sure get lahz but still........
Aiya, dunno lahz....so lost now! Juz pray that if I'm offered better jobs I can somehow manage to break contract or that they are willing to wait for me until may!
Shit happens! Why must it happen on my biggest stepping stone of my career, my first job?!

~Bored mind ranting~
Hey guys! *waves* lol! GOSH! I'm soooo bored!!! After being busy working for the past 4 days, I feel so sian doing nothing! Haha...ok lah ok lah...the 4 days job oso almost doing nothing but at least I got pple to disturb! Haha!
Kinda shiok! Getting paid for doing almost nothing! Once in a while entertain people, help them with their queries can liaoz! The job of a receptionist! A highly paid one!
See, this is what I'm being paid to do! Haha! Idle the time away by doodling, dreaming and even eating the hotel food! Haha! Yes, you can see that my doodling is very random. Drawing whatever things that I was thinking then. And yes, I am drawing sperms, I shan't deny and say they are tadpoles! Haha! Aiya, 'cos I'm dealing with sperms when I work at KK mahz.....
Thinking about it, I'm drooling. All the money i'm getting! Wahahaha! I like need to work for about half a month to get the same pay man! That's compare to the pay I'm getting from KK hospital lahz.
Ya ya, I'm starting the low-pay work-like-hell job in KK on monday. Super low pay 'cos it's actually a temp job only and I'm paid by the hour, means no money for public holiday! A bit sianz but never mind lahz, working for the experience now. Build up my portfolio first before finding a higher pay job!

~I swear I din take estasy!~
I really have an urge to blog now! Wahahaha! About something....but I dun wanna jinx it man by telling everyone. It seems like I always jinx it whenever I tell someone about it.
I finally feel like there's a god! Actually I always do lahz...but now he's helping me in ways more than I think I can handle! Haha! But thank god anyway! Keep the help rolling in Big Guy!
Are we still going K on sunday? I have work on Monday lehz...temp work only lahz...haven get perm job yet...=( But have to work for 12 hours each day lehz...for 3 days lahz...haha! Very good pay so I'm not complaining!!! But been told highly stressful! Not surprise....with all the financial ministers by your side!
Wheeee.......I feel high!!!
