~A different class~

I went to my dad's fren's gym yesterday. Sky Fitness located at Habourfront tower 2, floor 16.

No, I did not go there for a workout. Haha! They were having a private party. Sort of like their opening ceremony in their cafe. Their cafe is not like a cafe at all man! It's like some posh restuarant in a gym. And yesterday, they switched off all the lights and on some disco lights and lighted some candles instead. Dang, the place was more like a pub! Ambiance was totally shiok with the view overlooking the sea. Can even see Merlion!

Now I know why my mum had to pay $1.8k for a year membership as compared to California's $1.7k for 3 years. Totally different class, different target market. Cali is for the public while Sky is for young expat, executive class.

The place is small for a gym. But lots of pple will go there b'cos of the cafe man. Spared no cash over there. Posh, real posh.

~Unsatisfied~

I went to KL yesterday! With my Sec sch friends, Margaret and Natasha, and Nat's mum and her fren Luke. As well as Him and Weiwen. We went in two cars of cos.

We went straight to KLCC. Wah....all branded sia. Only they called some branded and the rest are only fashion wor. Haha. It's like taka over there. Not really what I'm looking for. I went there to look for cheap and good stuff.

We had lunch at Madam Kwan. Hmmm....not really that fantastic despite the reviews. Then we went our seperate ways. 'Cos Me, WW and Him wants to leave KLCC while the rest of them are gonna shop there.

We went to Sungei Wang for a while. Just look at one level. It's like Far East over there. I didn't really wanna stay there as it's too pack! So we headed over to Times Square. Gosh, it's big! Didn't sit the roller coaster as it didn't look scary at all!

I didn't manage to shop much even though they are having their megasales and everything was dirt cheap compare to those in S'pore. Only got 2 tops. One was S$26 and one was S$9. Their fashion is lagging and lacking of something over there. So nothing much catches my eye. Only the branded are selling the same stuffs I think. I tried to look for the top that I saw and liked in Zara but I couldn't find it though. =(

We took the monorail back to KLCC. It didn't stop directly at KLCC. You have to change to the LRT but we opted to walk instead. We went past Zouk and even went up to WBG's KL's office!

Had dinner at Manhattan Fish Market. We shared the seafood platter which only cost RM44.90! The final bill came to less than S$9 per person! And the food is delicious!

We ended up leaving KLCC at 9pm and I reached home at almost 1am! Was so tired that I could have slept the whole day today if my dad did not woke me up. It was real fun though! But a little unsatisfied that I bought so little things so I think I will definately go back again!
